Why am I still having touch issues after the update on my Lumia 535?

Lumia 535 Touch Issue Still Exists Even after Update.

Right now my friend have 2 major problems in his phone one is typing problem
And other is multi touch dysfunction as he touch on one tile it will automatically open other tile and also some time lag in operating.

Any new update will come for Lumia 535 touch issue.

Please Help.....

Did he do a hard reset after getting the update? For most users it was fixed only after hard reset.

if i reset my phone will it work greatly cuz i updated to the latest one my os ends with (no.)349
