why am i stuck on the installing screen !?

i downloaded win 10 preview and installing it on my lumia 535 and i'm stuck on the installing screen for a while with a nearly empty bar i restarted it a few times and still the same what should i do !?

it takes a long time to install.
restarting was a bad move.
could try recovering te phone and reapply the upgrade

Yeah. Restarting was a bad move, you could of screwed up and/or deleted important device files.
