Why am I unable to add hotmail account?

hi, I am unable to add my Hotmail account after I deleted it. I had 3 accounts synced and I didn't know in which my contacts are being saved so I deleted all of them in order to have just 1 account. Now i'm unable to add any Microsoft account and can't access any of my contacts.

If this hotmail account was your Microsoft account, you will need to hard reset your Windows Phone to add it again.
