Why am I unable to answer Viber calls on my cell?

unable to answer Viber calls on my cell

I have an LG Optimus F3Q, and until yesterday was able to answer incoming calls. Also have Viber on my laptop. I can answer the calls on my laptop using Viber, but not my cell. No problems until yesterday.

That's an Android phone!
You should post on our sister site Android Central since they have people who are better equipped to deal with your problem, as we focus on Microsoft products here.
