Why am I unable to change the system language starting from build 10547?

Unable to change system language starting from build 10547

Since I'm from Hong Kong, my default system language is Chinese Traditional. I changed it to English UK when I had updated the computer to 10523. It worked until it was updated to 10547. No matter I changed the location and format to UK, the system language is still Chinese Traditional. I also did the applying the international settings thing. It's useless. In the language settings, it says language pack unavailable.

What should I do?

I have a German default system language Lenovo Yoga 2 pro and I used to run it in US English with the official W10. Now with the new 10565 build which I have just downloaded and set up, the laptop resets to German. The US language pack is not available and I cannot change the speech nor default language settings.



Any idea why and how I might circumvent this? I am located in Greece.

Yeah, the Build shows the incorrect language now, and language pack is not available.
