Why am I unable to download anything for the app store onto my Nokia Lumia 730?

today i buy nokia lumia 730 , and i have made outlook id

but i can not download any thing form app store . the option that is coming when i click on install is,family some thing like this

If you make a Microsoft id you have to add your date of birth and if you are to young you get a "child" account
And with a child account you can not download all the apps you want.
You need to get permission from an adult.
So if you made a mistake in your date of birth you can change this on outlook.com or ask an adult to add your account to his account and then the adult needs to login if you get the message
