Why am I unable to download app from Store in Build 10166

Hi,

I just did an hard reset on my Lumia 925 and now I have no app and I am unable to download them (all pendings).

What can I do?

Are U running 8.1 or some sort of Technical preview?

Had the same problem on 10166, did a hard reset and it worked for me.
