Why am I unable to get my LG tv to full screen?

I installed Windows 10 yesterday with no problems. However I am unable to get full screen on my LG 32inch tv. I have an ATI card and catalyst control centre will not load. I have tried the latest drivers and the beta drivers. I need ccc to set o% over scan so my display will fill the screen and provide a sharp display. :unhappysweat:

Submit feedback to two areas: AMD/ATI driver and Microsoft (through app or technical preview forum).

Please ensure you include the following information:

Display chipset
Display driver numbers (both latest stable and beta)
Output method to TV
TV resolution desired
Result
Desired result

Thanks for the reply. Its all working great now. I removed all traces of ATI software with ATI Cleaner and reinstalled the latest drivers.
