Unable to Login to a Microsoft Account, Login page not appearing

Currently i am having this problem, unable to login to any MS app like store, people, outlook etc.

Is there any sollution this problem? somebody help.

Dont want to install w10 again.

That is the pro version of the fall update. So in sense, yes. As you didn't say if you have pro, home etc .
