Why am I unable to setup a new email account in Windows 10 mobile?

Unable to setup a new email account in Windows 10 mobile

I installed the Windows 10 mobile in my Nokia 830. In the process, I setup my Microsoft account and all went fine. The strange is that when I want to add another account, in the case an Exchange account to have access to my company emails and agenda I'm not able to do so. When I go to email accounts a click Add a new account, nothing happens. Anyone can help with that?

I had a similar problem. I was able to add all my accounts except for my Microsoft account. I decided to perform a hard rest and after that everything worked. Have had no other issues since that time
