Why are all incoming calls showing unknown on both my Lumia 635 and 530?

why are all incoming calls showing unknow on both my lumia 635 and 530?

I have my Nokia Lumia 635 and 530 for over 5 months and never had any complains till now I am getting unwanted calls on my phone because I cant cancel a call because all the calls coming in unknown so I cant Identify who is calling.

CLIP(Calling Line Identification Presentation) would have been disabled for your number.
Please call your service provider.

No issue with the phone.

See if CLIP is enabled on your account.

Also, go into phone settings, call settings and change 'network default' to 'Always Show'
