Why are my tasks only syncing from Exchange to phone but not from phone to Exchange?

Windows Central Question

Tasks sync from Exchange to phone, but not from phone to Exchange.

HTC One (M-8) and Outlook 2010. Any ideas as to how to correct? Thanks! DDS
