Universal apps freezing on standby (Windows 10, SP3)

Hi,

Since I've upgraded to Windows 10, most of the time when my Surface Pro 3 goes to sleep or stand-by, most (if not all) of the universal apps (mail, edge, etc.) freeze. When I return from sleep, their windows are all completely unresponsive, except for the minimize and close button on the top right.
Did anyone experience the same? None of the recent updates fixed this issue.

Yeah, I've noticed this issue with Microsoft Edge on my Acer Windows tablet too.

So far the only workaround for this issue is to avoid minimizing the app before you put the tablet to sleep. Let me know if it works for you.

I believe you are right, that is why I had the impression it does not happen systematically. It's actually only when the app is minimized. But this is still for me a major bug that they should fix ASAP.

I think the big November update fixed this issue. Since upgrading, I have not seen this behavior anymore.
