Why are my Windows so small, my mouse icon is so small too?

[Windows Central Question]

I literally just bought this laptop. Dell 7559.

I stay in Singapore.

I cant download google chrome (even after using the offline installer)

Every application/window that I open appears to be very very small.

I opened Sketchup and my icons were barely visible.

Help me.

Please.

check in settings for display settings or display scaling - change to a higher value
