Why are there some stupid defaults on Windows 10?

So I upgrade my virtual machine to the latest build. I always get a FLOPPY drive, even though the host doesn't have one, 3D builder, Phone Companion, Voice Recorder, SWAY, and other crAPPS. Why? I have to spend 10 minutes removing all that. Also, the always default my NIC to non jumbo frames, and they STILL haven't fixed the static sounding chimes in a remote desktop session!

Did you say 10 minutes, you got them removed and this is a cause for concern? First world problems at it again.
