Why are uploaded songs listed in alphabetical order only?

I copied vinyl album via ION turntable and they automatically went to Groove and were listed in alphabetical order. Why? Also, thinking I could remedy this when I went to burn the songs to CD I tried to select the songs in actual LP order only to have them resort to alphabetical order. Is there a way to relist the titles in order in which they were recorded?

you can also set songs to be sorted by "date added" or "release year" in groove

Open groove > look for "refine" (almost at the top of your screen) > tap on the blue text > set appropriate option
