Why aren't any of my Apps loading?

Aps won't load

I think windows updated because I have a lot of new items I never downloaded, and now nothing will open except note and Internet explorer. Pc settings will not open it shows a screen like the Aps are trying to load but then just goes back to home screen. This is happening with all Aps cannot get into store or camera or anything. Help
