Why aren't my system apps launching on my Nokia Lumia 520?

System apps not launching in Nokia Lumia 520

Hi All,
My Nokia Lumia 520 system apps (like Phone, text,maps,people) not launching when i click on them. Tried hard reset, still not working.
Even powering it on taking more than 30 mins after it displays NOKIA logo for 10-15 times. Please help.

Your phone's storage is failing. There is no remedy.

It means Phone is eventually of no use. Is there any method to resolve this.?
Or a SD card will be able able to help?

Used Windows Software recovery tool to recover, It is working fine now..
