Why aren't notifications working for Whatsapp and Viber on my Nokia Lumia 1520?

Notifications wont work for Whatsapp and Viber on my nokia lumia 1520

My notifications for both Whatsapp and Viber do not work. I've tried resetting my phone, I've tried deleting the apps and re-downloading them but yet nothing works. The actual apps do not appear in the notifications + actions, as an option. I cannot turn on the notifications at all ! When I open Whatsapp I receive a message saying the following: Whatsapp detected an issue with your phone that will prevent you from recieving new message notifications. Please reboot your phone. I really need some help please

Search through WhatsApp forums and check with your internet connection.

I have problems with notifications on Twitter, since...5 days don?t work, any solution???

I think mine stopped working also as soon as I installed a second language/keyboard. The phone needed to reset and then after that notifications stopped on Voxer and as your programs- they are no longer in the notification + actions screen. I'll hard reset shortly to determine the source.
