Why aren't the music controls on my Band 2 working?

music control on band 2 not working

Just bought the band 2, tried double press the power button, it just acts like normal power button, 1 press on, 1 press off, but the music control is just not showing.

I am using Nexus 6, Android 6.

And I already updated the band to latest version (whatever the Microsoft Health app tells me to)

one thing might be related, I used to have band 1, then I unregister it from my band 1, then register my band 2, without clearing the phone app content (if there is any).

Please help, I really need this function:unhappysweat:

mmmm, I uninstalled the Microsoft Health, unpaired bluetooth, turned off band 2 power, installed microsoft health again, and turned on band 2, now it is kind of working: previous / next

although the pause/play is not working, and volume up/down is also not working....

Are you double pressing fast enough? Caught me out at first - it requires a very quick double press.
