customer: I have been 4 years with At&t i bought phones and upgraded from online.
At&t Agent: I understand. The web-site must be having technical difficulties unfortunately.
At&t Agent: To upgrade (replace) your phone, please log into your account using the "My Account" button and choose ?Check Upgrade Options?. When a new phone is available for your account, an ?Upgrade phone? link will display in the list below. Follow the directions to complete your upgrade online.

At&t Agent: That is just about all the information they give me for Upgrading phones. I apologize for not knowing more about the situation.

At&t Agent: If you get to the Upgrade Page where it is showing online iPhones there should be an Option saying "View all phones" on the left of the page.
