Why can I NOT install MS Office 2010 Pro Plus after installing MS Windows 10?

My MS Office 2010 Pro Plus Outlook will NOT boot since I installed Windows 10. I tried to reinstall Office from my original DVD without success.
What can I do to get my Office software (Outlook) to work again?
