Why can I only see the user public?

Network Computer: Can only see the user "public"

From PC (wired) to laptop (wifi), I am able to access all users through the network computers.

From laptop (wifi) to PC (wired), I am only able to access the "Public" user through the network computers. How do I make the other user accounts visible?
