can't open phone store

i hav a problem when am opening my windows phone store a message pops up saying there's a problem completing your request try again later. And also the there's a error dat is 805a8011 can someone please tel me how to slove dis problem. my device is wp 8.1 lumia 520

If you're trying to gain store access over home wi-fi try resetting the home router.
