Why can't I access files on my Lumia?

I can not acces my files on my lumia?

I can not access my files on my lumia 630 phone, but they appear when I connect phone to laptop. This goes for my CONTACTS, pictures, music apps, etc. I do not know what to do. Someone has an idea please!?!?

The files in your phone that can be accessed from your PC does NOT include Contacts, System Files and other app data. All other files can be accessed, i.e. documents, audio, photos, video.
