Why can't I access my favorite bar ?

When I go to my favorite bar to access accounts I can't open the account. It says it didn't open. Had no problems with windows 7.

I'm not really sure what you are talking about... if you press ALT on your keyboard the menu bar comes up in certain tools & programs.
