Why can't I connect my wifi on Lumia 520?

Can't connect to wifi in lumia 520

Hi.
When I'm trying to
Connect to wifi networks, I Face with this error :
Can't connect to network

I Can't Open data sense app too!

I Can't Connect to Internet via SIM Card Data too!!

And so, my device Can't be connected to Internet anymore!
I Tried Factory Reset and Falsh my device and nothing was happened and My Phone Problem Disturbs me yet!
Do you have any solutions or suggestions to do?!
It's suddenly happened without any reason!!
My Phone Is Lumia 520.

Tried checking this without a sim card in the phone? Just to see if anything interfering with your provider signals..

Try soft reset.. If still it doesnt work, then hardreset

I tried both of them (soft reset & hard reset) and Problem Still Exists !!

Did you reset your network or does this happen on all wifi?

It's for all networks that finds!
It doesn't even let me to enter password!
Just says : Couldn't Connect to Network !

Hey why not go visit your nearest retailer?

Try to install the OS from a recovery tool it may help

Download a recovery tool like lumia recovery tool in the pc and try to install the OS by connecting to pc.......if still there is a prob then it may be a hardware prob so go to nokia care
