Can't connect to voicemail-visual or not

I have a Nokia Lumia 920 and I updated it today. I received a voicemail, but I can't access it in the visual voicemail or by calling. I am anxious to know what the message is because it might be an employer. Thank you!

try going into airplane mode and then waiting a minute. Turn airplane off and your phone should reconnect with the network.

You could also try a Soft Reset by holding the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).

If these don't fix it, join the site and reply in this thread. What OS version? Any Preview for Developers or Windows Insider? What carrier? I assume this is a first time seeing this issue?
