Why can't i do a hard reset to my phone?
i'm using Lumia 520. Few days ago, i got blue screen with sad smiley problem. i solved it already with hard reset with Windows Device Recovery Tool. But now it got stuck again, not with blue screen but a restarting loop. It automatic restart when i try to use it ( with or without sd and sim card ).
I tried to hard reset with hardware buttons and the Windows Device Recovery Tool but neither work, the phone keep restarting making the process stopping every times.
Please help me. Thank you.
