Why can't I download Instagram?

[Windows Central Question]

why cant i download instagram?

Windows store says I don't have the hardware requirements but I am windows 10 and my phone is a blu win hd lte.Any help much appreciated.

Same. Kinda frustrating. Before I bought this phone (640XL), I made sure that Instagram was available but now I cant even install it.
