Why can't I enable 2x2 tile for Cortana or 1x2 for people?

can't enable 2x2 tile for cortana or 1x2 for people

i'm on latest build of wp10 tech previes (10052) but i cant find those big tiles for cortana

They aren't in this build, I'm assuming they will return later, but there is no guarantee, Microsoft did say they were experimental.
