that's really up to the developer - perhaps you can email them?

Have you downloaded it before? Try going to "my library" see if it shows up in it. Honestly the app is ridiculous. My bro still uses it for 1 person. And man it takes forever to load. They knew it sucked so they pulled it. There are just too many amazing alternatives offering the same security but with way more features. BBM is just obsolete in todays world of messaging clients.
