Why can't I find Cortana on my Lumia 535?

why i find Cortana on my Lumia 535???

I live in Bangladesh. I can't meet Cortana. Cortana is not on my app list. How I can g get it.

Download USA English... Set your language as united states English... And your region to united states... Cortana will show up after restarting n small update.
