Why can't I get a cut, copy and paste toolbar with windows 10/Edge?

That tool bar was available in explorer and was convenient. When I go to explorer through edge the toolbar is there but everything moves at a snails pace. I'm terrible with the keyboard and want my toolbar back. Is Microsoft considering making the necessary changes? HELP

Have you received the latest update for the OS?
And does this happen all the time? Have you tried restarting your pc and checking again?
