Why can't I get narrator to turn off on my Nokia 635 phone?

i can not get narrator to turn off on my nokia 635 phone?

i cannot get narrator off my 635 phone and i am getting very frustrated.

Begs the question, How did you turn it on ? Did you search for the solution ? (nevermind I know that answer, NO)

Go to SETTINGS >> EASE of ACCESS >> turn NARRATOR to OFF SMH

Also try volume button up while tapping and holding the start screen button.
