why cant i get notifications on SMS

why is it i cant get notifications when i receive sms and whatsapp? ive checked under settings>>notifications and its on. pls help.

Hi! This is what I see Settings>>notifications. I'm not having any problems!Can you explain further what your issue is and what devise your are having issues with. :wink:
