Why can't I get some games in the app store?

I've checked out some games on the Windows 10 app store, and some of the games said, I must be 10 years or older to get that game. I am 10 years old. I fixed my age on the Windows account site and still, it said I wasn't 10 years old. I don't know how to fix this problem. It has been bugging for a VERY long time. Can you fix it please?

check in your email account settings to see what birth date you've kept and confirm that it is okay.
Then sign out of store and then sign back in and try again
