Why can't I get the Edge browser?

cant get edge browser

upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 and cant get edge browser.it appears for about 5 seconds then vanishes.i have re installed windows 10 twice but still cant get edge!!

there's a tutorial on how to uninstall edge and reinstall it, I have tried it once to fix flash video freeze. google it. it might help. it might not.
