Why can't I install the new App Update?

Won't Install New App Update

Received my Lumia 950 already and was going through the app store and a lot of the apps that received updates are not installing the new versions like the Facebook Universal app; installing from the store installs the old 8.1 version instead of the new 10.0 version.

Anyway to fix this? Also when is the Instagram and Twitter universal apps coming for mobile?

They actually updated the app again(Facebook) and rolled it back to the old version. It was posted, not sure why they did though. You an use the Facebook beta app in the meantime as that is the same as the newer version.
