Why can't I install Windows 10 TP on my Lumia 720?

can't install win 10 TP in lumia 720

I downloaded win 10 TP in my phone, it installed but some apps didn't installed . Settings was not opening. So did i did a Factory reset by hard keys now also it installed but is stuck on the screen saying """Apps" A few more apps still need to finish...."" and restarting frequently by itself. Its stuck there for past 4 hrs. HOw can i get out of that??

Use PC - Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore to 8.1 and try again.
