Why can't I open any of my apps?

[Windows Central Question]

For some reason I haven't been able to open the apps I have on my desktop (other than chrome). I tap on the app, such as facebook or outlook, it flashes black then nothing! Anybody know why it's doing this and how I can fix this? Thanks for any help anyone may give!
