Why cant I see who is calling me?

[Windows Central Question]

When i have an incoming call, the id shows up as unknown, even though i have that number saved in my phone. in my call history, it shows my outgoing calls with the Id, but all my logged incoming calls as unknown.......HELP!

I have encountered that issue before; restarting my phone fixed it. Have you tried restarting your phone?
