Can't send and receive sms

When i trying send sms i get error message about can't send sms on lumia 625 build 10136

Try updating to the latest insider build. If the issue persists, use FieldMedic app in the store to provide feedback to Microsoft. After enabling logs for all categories reboot the phone and try the scenarios before providing the feedback.
