Why can't I sync my Outlook account in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro?

why cant i sync my outlook account in windows 10 on my surface pro?

My outlook account just stops and will not sync and comes up with error code 0x85050041, this is rubbish as I need my e mails

Login into outlook.com in edge and try syncing again in the app.
