Why can't I turn off the vibration back key navigation?

i can not turn off vibration bak key navigation

hi . i have lumia640xl . after update to windows 10 , i can not turn off vibration back key navigation . i can not find touch setting , for set off vibration .please help me . Thank you so much.

Get SysApp Pusher and see if you can install touch.

It should be on the 640XL with .164. Settings>Extra>Touch as I turned mine off.
