Why can't I update my 640 to Windows 10?

cannot update my 640 to windows 10

i have 640 and i installed windows insider app and signed in and checked for updates but downloading percent not even incresing by 1%.i had charger plugged in and 2gb storage space.my phones os version is 8.10.15148.160 .but firmware revision number is different from other 640's it is 02166.00000.15103.05001

You just have to be patient. Mine did nothing for ages and it's been 1.5hrs since i started and im just at updating my data.

You need to have a strong wifi connection.. Keep the phone storage atleast 3gb free, 2gb is less to install 10..

It took a while for me too,but certainly less than an hour.Sometimes these updates won't install I your battery level is too low.I would also check my WiFi connection

Mine took almost 2 hours from start to finish. MS 640.
