Why cant I upgrade to windows 10 from 7 though I have service pack 1 installed. cant get 10 icon

I have a fujitsu laptop with all important updates installed.

Grab windows media creation from MS website and let it download full ISO and make sure to save it on flash drive or another drive/partition.
