why cant i use other user accounts to login in windows 10

I cannot login in other user accounts because there is an outlook account which i dont even know its password. How do i remove that account and login with other accounts like the administrator

Whose Outlook account is it? Ask them to log in and create a new user account for you.

aren't you the admin? If yes, you ca remove them yourself
