Why can't I Windows 10?

Ok, so I'm trying to upgrade to 10 and it's not working. I've searched far and wide over the Internet and I've done everything short of doing a clean 7 install. Are there any other methods I can try or am I just stuck?

Windows 7 Home Premium
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon 6450 4GB
Intel i5 3GHZ

Well, "not working" means a lot of things, what kind of not working are we looking at here?
