Why can't my PC find my Xbox One under Devices and Printers?

My PC cannot find my Xbox One under Devices and Printers

Hello,

I'm having difficulty finding my xbox one under "devices and printers" on my Windows 7 PC. Both my PC and xbox are connected to the same network and I do have the "Play To" or "Stream To" option checked on my Xbox One under Settings > Preferences.

Am I doing something wrong? I have Xbox Video downloaded but am still not able to stream videos from my PC to my xbox one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
